Packrats

Every once in a while i play basketball on a net that my brother built in the alley, which we had to fight to keep using!(i really wish neighbors would not threaten to stab you if you play basketball again) I lost my ball in the yard of someone who lives accross the alley. So almost without thinking, i wander over, begin to hop over the fence, and in mid hop, i was able to stop. And well, i found this:

So I became naturally curious as to why they are keeping these sorts of things, i jumped at the chance to see what their amazing plan is. Here are the latest breakthroughs:
